Men are on sport.ro
Sport.ro is the sports channel of the biggest Romanian TV trust, MediaPro Group. It was launched in 2008. We were asked to create an advertising campaign to announce the new sports channel on all the other channels in the group. Obviously, our target audience is represented by men, who love sport. Well, this would be basically almost all men.
Just like sports create addiction to its fans, the same happens with sport.ro among its viewers. Creatively, we illustrated in a series of commercials, what side effects might women face, when their men remain stuck on Sport.ro. For impact, relevance and appeal to our male audience, we considered that sexual themed humor and a little bit of politically incorrectness will do the job.
